This wonderful, iconic folding screen is in excellent vintage condition: I can find no flaws other than a barely discernible flaw in the burlap on the right panel and a small dark spot on the burlap on the back of the same panel; there is a small puncture mark on each of 2 of the panels - these can be left as-is, or the antique burlap can be replaced with newer fabric.
Standing approximately 65" high and expanding to approximately 60" - each panel is approximately 19 1/4" wide - the frame is quartersawn oak with just the tiniest bit of crazing; the scroll-cut, geometric medallions are wood over copper plate; the coated burlap is a rich cinnamon. The finish in its entirety is original.
Sure to enhance - or be the focal point of - your contemporary or vintage decor, this screen is a prime example of the bounty of the Arts and Crafts era!
