This gorgeous coat is in excellent vintage condition: I can find no flaws. The fur is luxuriant and supple. Closure in via 4 metal furrier hooks down the front.
Please be sure to note the classic notched collar and the leather "belt" cuff embellishment on each side; note, too, the stunning caplet effect on the back of the coat. There is a 5 1/2" slit pocket at each hip. The interior is lined in chocolate brown satin - note the beautiful floral pattern soutache in photo #7 which graces both sides of the lining. There are 2 satin ties on the interior, as well, and the embroidered monogram which reads: Jeanette Friedberg. The interior label reads: Catherine J. Guilbert, Paris.
